Overseen by the CT State Library Division of Library Development (DLD), borrowIT CT (formerly Connecticard) is a statutory cooperative program among public libraries in Connecticut enabling residents to access 13 million items in libraries across the state.  borrowIT CT is supported by other DLD services.
